5th Grade Celebration

This party is held for 5th graders as a celebration of their promotion to middle school.

5th Grade Party Coordinator: Must have a 5th grader. The coordinator will work with teachers, administration, staff and volunteers to plan the party which includes raising funds for the party. Responsibilities include: paint over paw print names in summer, fundraising in the fall, schedule meetings with 5th grade parents, booking all activities, planning student/teacher lunch for party day, recruiting volunteers party day, managing the party, extra activities as you see fit. Create a committee to help with the tasks. 

5th Grade Committee/Volunteer: Assists with the planning and execution of the 5th grade party. You must have a 5th grader. This party is held at the end of the year for 5th graders as a celebration of their promotion to middle school. Volunteers spots are limited. Those that work on the committee throughout the year will have the first opportunity to volunteer during the party. If more volunteers are needed a lottery system will be used for additional volunteers.
