Welcome back Swenke families! Below you will find a checklist for all the Back to School packet forms and details which are all online for your convenience. Please follow the links and complete the forms by September 13, 2024. Thank you and we look forward to a great year!

1. I have read this year's PTO president's letter.
2. I have registered/updated our parent information and Swenke student info in My Account for the 2024-2025 school year. Please make sure to update your child's homeroom teacher.
3. I have updated my Directory Permissions & Image Publish Consent.
4. I have completed the Volunteer Interests Form.  
5. I have completed the CFISD district Volunteer Registration.
6. I have updated my Communications Preferences.
7. I have completed all additional PTO forms & purchases listed below/here:
   
   • PTO Online Directory
   • PTO Donations (Hospitality/Garden/General Fund)
   • All Things 5th Grade Celebration - Order your Paw Prints "Paws of Fame"   - Sales are now open to 5th Grade and Life Skills ONLY until September 3rd.  After September 3rd, Paw Prints will be available to ALL Grades.  
8. I have visited the Retail Rewards Programs page and downloaded the apps that will give money back to our school.
9. The Swenke Spirit Gear store opens on the First Day of School!!  If you don't get a chance to stop by the PTO table at Meet the Teacher, you will get another chance to score some Swenke gear of your own.  Make sure to check it out!!  Merchandise is limited so don't wait too long!   
10. I have visited the Yearbook page to see how I can upload my student and Swenke event photos to be considered for use in this year's yearbook.  
11. I have joined the various district and PTO social media channels.
12. I have downloaded the Remind App and joined my student's grade class, so I can receive important text messages from Swenke PTO.  
13. I have checked out the Car Rider/Fast Pass Auction.  The Car Rider lane is going to busier this year.  This is your chance to get 1 of only 4 passes to move in front of the line every afternoon when you pick up your students.  The Car Rider/Fast Pass Auction opens August 21st and ends August 30th at 8pm.
