President's Letter

Dear Swenke Families,

On behalf of the Swenke Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO), welcome to a new school year! Whether you are joining the Swenke family for the first time or returning for another wonderful year, we are so excited to have you here.

At Swenke, we truly believe that "Everybody Has a Spot." Our school is a special place where students, families, teachers, and staff come together to create a caring, supportive, and thriving community. We are grateful that each of you is a part of it.

The Swenke PTO is a volunteer organization made up of parents, teachers, administrators, and support staff who are passionate about enriching the educational experience for every student. Together, we work to strengthen the connection between home and school, support our incredible teachers and staff, provide funding for programs and campus needs, and create opportunities that make Swenke an engaging and memorable place for our children to learn and grow.

As we begin this new school year, we would love for you to become involved! Whether you're a parent, grandparent, or another family member who wants to make a difference, there is a place for you in our PTO. Our volunteers are truly the heart of so many of the events, programs, and activities that make Swenke so special. Whether you have an hour to spare, a special talent to share, or would like to support us financially, every contribution—big or small—helps create an incredible experience for our students, teachers, and families.

I feel incredibly thankful and honored to serve as your PTO President alongside such an amazing team of volunteers. It is also a privilege to partner with faculty and staff who genuinely value and appreciate the support of our families. Together, I know we will make this school year one filled with meaningful learning, lasting friendships, unforgettable memories, and plenty of school spirit.

I look forward to meeting all of our new Swenke families, reconnecting with familiar faces, and working together to make this our best year yet. Thank you for being a part of what makes Swenke Elementary such an extraordinary place.
