Recap

The video is a great tool to find out more about each event.  Here is a short description for those who are unable to watch the video:

Option 1: Family Carnival (one event - both boys and girls) Will be outside and inside the school.  This will allow for more people to attend and will require less volunteers.  

Option 2: Dances (separate events) - This will require more volunteers and will be only indoors.  If we are unable to have enough volunteers, then this type of event will not be able to happen.
